Mon- Big 3 workout + Bodyweight exercises (5 min treadmill WU/CD)
Tue- Rest Day
Wed- Big 3 workout + Bodyweight exercies (5min treadmill WU/CD)
Thu- 20 min treadmill HIIT + 40 min walk/jog + 100 low leg raises
Fri- Abripper X + P90X Legs&Back (ALSO CHEAT DAY!!!)
Sat- 20 Min treadmill HIIT
Sun- 6 mile jog
August 27-2
Mon- Abripper X + Big 3 + Pullups/Chins to failure
Tue - 20 min treadmill HIIT + 10 minute walk + Chin ups to failure
Wed-Big 3 + Pull Ups/Chin Ups to failure
Thur - Treadmill walking 45 min + stretching
Fri- Ab RipperX + 10 chinups
Sat - Rest Day (auditions)
Sun- Rest Day (auditions)
