Non-meat keto supplies: Sunbutter, Tofu Nigari, Quorn meatless ground “meat” crumbles, Slimpasta (shiritaki noodles I believe) and of course 85% Dark Chocolate. But in the interest of full disclosure I had a Thai beef salad on my lunch date with Dan. It was pretty amazing. I’ll keep you updated on my new finds!!

It’s been a great day, my stomach is back to normal and Dan and I signed up to an actual gym- just for a month but I’m still stoked. I can’t wait to get my free weights and step mill on! Plus a free training day where a program is devised is included. I’m interested to talk to a professional for once!

Today’s Workout: 50 min Yoga + easy Treadmill time
