Yoga feels good. But yoga doesn’t feel like a workout to me. Am I doing enough?

I’m going to look for sweatier yoga downloads. Or perhaps some more yoga-pilates fusion.  Tomorrow is a big day, think happy thoughts for me please!

    are you doing HOT yoga??? maybe that will help – or maybe more involved balancing postures?

    • right now I’m just doing yoga at Dan’s house so no hot yoga for me…yet. But perhaps I’m ready for the intermediate-advanced routines…yay! I’ll give more involved balancing a shot!

  2. I can never do hot yoga, I have issues with heat and will pass out. But I would recommend trying yoga with weights.

    • yike! Yeah, hot yoga is not for everyone. Yoga with weights makes me a little excited though – like those strap on your ankles and wrist weights? I was doing yoga to get away from weights because I feel like I’m building too much muscle but yoga WITH weights kind of sounds like fusion! Thanks!!
