Happy Australia Day!

I can’t believe I’m in Australia for Australia Day!  Yay!

To celebrate I ran 4 treadmill miles and then stretched it out yoga style with 30 minutes of collective Tara Stiles Yoga podcasts.

Just a little reminder from my PT Training studies:

“Progressive Overload – one of the 5 basic principles of training. In order to improve the body’s strength or endurance we must put it under some kind of stress and as the body becomes stronger we should increase the amount of stress to the next level”

Perhaps this principle also applies to mental and emotional strength and endurance as well…

 

 

 Happy Australia Day! I’m going to celebrate by kissing an authentic Aussie. Who knows, maybe I’ll even go home with him 😉
