Check out this program! It sounds exactly like what I was looking for… and if I start tomorrow (Jan 2) I’ll finish the last day of January… One month of Paleo (which means also no dairy or potato – question answered for now) to see if my body responds. From everything I’ve been reading, a lot of people have come to try Paleo from vegetarianism because of the same and similar health problems I’m dealing with.

No need to deliberate, time to jump in… yay!

  1. Jump in! My wife and I just started this morning. So far so good…coffee and a couple of eggs are down and we are getting ready to cook up some egg and avocado burgers!

  2. Thanks!!! Glad to know I’m starting with others 🙂 I had some black coffee and an apple before the gym and lunch was egg with veggies and salad with lemon juice and avocado! Off to a good start…
