…out. I haven’t exercised yet today and I’m exhausted. I’m going to take a nap (yes at four pm) and when I wake up if I’m motivated I’ll go for a run but I just don’t feel like it right now. And I’ve got 100 sit ups and push ups waiting for me too… sigh. Don’t know why I’m so tired.

  1. Sometimes we all just need a break! Good job on listening to your body, and when you get back to exercising, it will be a great sweat sesh 🙂
