Day 2 – Day off!
Sooooo as promised… gulp… bikini pictures. Shall I blame my difficulty with the affirmation bit on my viewing my bikini pictures today (why did I decide to do this?)? Dan was my photog and since I had just woken up I wore my sunnies… I mean, because I’m waaay cool 🙂
However it’s 5:30pm and I haven’t done any push ups/sit ups, logged any miles or told myself nice things. Instead I slept in, had brekkie with my favorite photographer (Dan of course) and went shopping! So, I think it was time well spent 🙂 Wanna see what I got? I’ll post later. I looked at all my pictures of me in camisole tops and realized my summer wear needed a little updating.
Now I’ll be hitting the bricks. I’m in a jogging mood but my legs feel like tree trunks – heavy, wide, short and stocky. I’m wondering if a good long powerwalk would be better for keeping me lengthened. If anyone has tips for making their legs long and lean as opposed to short and squat when they run, I’m all ears 🙂 Besides powerwalking counts towards total miles (I checked) I want to do most of it running but I’m thinking interspersing some walking a few times a week could keep my legs from feeling like the lollipop guild.
Okay, lets get this party started! I just did some push ups and sit ups and I’m ready to rolllllllll……
