Mornings and Makeovers

Just a quick one to keep myself back in the swing! I’m a busy girl this weekend and I couldn’t be happier! Today I’m cramming in a run, some play time on the silks and then I have an aerial fitness class down in Kentucky. Tomorrow I get to be the croupier for 2 – yes 2- corporate Casino events. That means early tomorrow I’ll be driving to Indiana to test out my new found Roulette “dealing” skills (Oy the mental math!) and then from Indiana back to downtown Cincinnati for a second corporate event! Saturday I’ll be actually performing on silks for the first time in ages. Sunday, I finally, FINALLY get to see my friend Holly. Last time I saw here she and I were both living in Sunny Southern California – now we’re both in Ohio! Oh the irony!

This is what I owe you – an update on my training and nutrition. I aim to to get it all written down soon. I just changed my eating habits again….yesterday. You know, always evolving and refining and trying to do what fits my needs at the time.
